The People of the Klongs

"Laundry day"

Every aspect of life along the Klong is related to the water. If one goes early in the morning or in the late afternoon, there is an explosion of activity and traffic on the water and the houses along the water. Everything is transported on the water. One has to be careful not to get 'overrun' by the on-coming traffic or a speedboat.  The small piers in front of every house are filled with people and the Klong waters function as a huge bath tub.

"Mass Transportation"

Nearly everything is sold here either on or at the water. Food is being cooked in the boats and sold to the people along the water. You can withdraw money on a floating Bank and you will experience a totally new way of pumping gas for your boat.
