Yé'ii bicheii and Totem Pole Formations

While the Totem Pole seems to be an imported name here,  Yé'ii bicheii derives from the formation's look of the ceremony with the same name. The nightway chant, a lengthy and expensive ceremony is used to treat patients with a chronic illness or someone experiencing visual, hearing or mental disturbances. The Yé'iis represent the Holy People and dance in the seventh and night night of the ceremony.
